Business Wholesale Requirements
- Your Business Status:
- Your business must be a certified business with a company name
- Your business must have a State Sales Tax number and/or Federal EIN
- Opening order minimum is $1000.
- CircleTerra Brand Asset Policy:
- Pre-Qualified resellers will be granted upon request, access to our photo database for use of our high-quality images to help sell our products.
- We require reference to and mention of the brand in association with selling our products.
Terms of Sale
- Pricing:
- We do our best to notify of price changes in advance but reserve the right to change without notice. Product pricing is calibrated in January annually.
- Payment:
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and check payments. Credit/debit card payment is required for first order.
- Net 30 days terms may be considered after account is established and approved.
- Shipping:
- We ship complete case packs only.
- We usually ship within 1-2 business day after receiving your order.
- Standard shipping is via UPS ground or USPS. Our local Transport company may be the carrier for those within 300 miles of our Dallas Texas warehouse. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, you must specify at time of order.
- If the shipping address you provide requires a change by UPS (or other carrier) for incorrect information, there will be a $15.00 charge PER CARTON.
- We cannot accept responsibility for carrier shipping delays that are beyond our control.
- Returns and Credits:
- Returns must be arranged and approved. Please email thegreenteam@circleterra to arrange.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
- If you receive any damaged product, please take pictures for record purposes and email to thegreenteam@circleterra.com with reference to order # and details of issue. Additional instructions will be forwarded to you via email. Do not dispose of unless instructed.
